Rich is the founder of InSite Capital and serves on the Board of Directors for Chemical Financial Corporation (Chemical). Prior to founding InSite Capital, Rich was the principal founder of Lake Michigan Financial Corporation (LMFC) and its subsidiaries, The Bank of Holland and The Bank of Northern Michigan, which merged with Chemical in 2015. Rich holds a B.A. from Alma College and an M.A. from Western Michigan University.
Sadie joined InSite Capital in 2011 and works with clients to create innovative structures that allow real estate projects to flourish. Her analytic skills enable her to create and underwrite loans and tax credit investments, contributing to our clients’ success.
Sadie received her finance degree and MBA from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI.
Kirstyn started her banking career in 2011 with Lake Michigan Financial Corporation, now known as InSite Capital. Using her diverse business background and analytical skills, she is able to provide a new approach to underwriting loans and tax credit investments.
Kirstyn earned her business degree from Grand Valley State University and her Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she is currently pursuing her Master of Laws in Corporate Law and Finance.
Jason joined Lake Michigan Financial Corporation in 2008 as a member of the company’s Professional Development Program. With his expertise in construction lending on multi-family community development projects, he is able to serve as a trusted resource to his clients.
Jason earned his degree in finance and economics from Lake Superior State University and has his MBA from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.
